There is NR4 Scanner in @Streak, you can check it out.

Si @abhishekgaumat, there is an NR4 indicator available in Streak which will help you do this. There is no link. If you are not able to create it, let me know, I can share a screenshot of the condition.

Also like @ShubhS9 mentioned, there is readymade scannner in the scanner Discover section as well.
