How to get access to NSE Colocation facility ? Also is there any way to punch orders directly to Exchange…without using any brokers?

You will have to approach your broker and ask for them to set up Colo for you. This is mostly an add on service brokers offer to a few customers. Check with your broker to see if they are willing to set it up for you.
As for punching orders directly into NSE, you’ll have to become a member yourself.
Do zerodha offer ?
Is it feasible for retail customers like us to buy this service?
Or only FIIs and DIIs can afford this ?
If any big guy can afford this then is it wise decision to opt for this service?
Even if you shell out significant amount of money to set up a collocated server either via a broker or directly as a member of the exchange, you are going to be pitted against AI enabled semi conductor chips that could obliterate any speed advantage you hope to get even before you blink an eye. There are corporate backed systems already running in the collocated space. If you have the money, think whether you have the tech skills to win a cyber warfare ?

How? A colocation only protects you from lag if you are a good trader and have a huge capital then you can trade in colaction to get the advantage of speed. NOt to compete with big players. Many traders lose their money when they take big trades because of a break in internet speed. Also helps when you scalp with huge quantities. I have heard the Zerodha offers prop traders a service to trade with their funds(basically our funds) and they don’t have limits either. If Zerodha offers this service in their colocation then it is best to take that as you don’t need to use Iceberg order Just directly buy and sell unlimited quantities.
An immediate solution is to go in for a leased Line which cost anywhere from 50k to 75 K based on the speed just 10Mbps is enough if you used it only for trading.

By having Zerodha’s collocation facility, can we punch as much quantity as we want without using iceberg?
Also, how can we avail leased line? Please elaborate further.
