We are not able to activate commodity segment. Getting âincorrect file typeâ or âholding value less than 10000â error even after uploading valid ITR PDF file or with holding value > 10k. Whatâs going on ?

I am not getting different error, whatâs meaning of this? We are losing money due to missed trading opportunities, can someone fix this all for once? Zerodha support ticket system sucks, it takes them a week just to respond saying try clearing browser cache!!

Sorry for the experience you had. Clients with SLB segment enabled are currently not eligible to move to the single ledger system. We will keep you posted as and when it becomes available.
Can you please clarify meaning of a SLB user? I havenât done any stock lending till now.

SLB can be disabled by creating a ticket. Could you please create a ticket here and DM me the ticket number?

since most of us use collateral margin, this single ledger feature will be of little use until we are allowed to use collateral margin for commodity trading

Yes thatâs true, if we have to use cash margin for commodity trading anyway then it provides very little benefit.
