Okay so this is a bit odd and I wanted to see if anyone else has run into this.
I got an SMS and an email from NSE for the same trade, but the traded value was different in both:
• SMS: ₹2,28,205.96
• NSE Email: ₹2,28,186.96
That’s a ₹19 gap, not huge, but enough to make me worry.
The SMS is showing the higher number, which is a little confusing. I’d expect both to say the same thing since they’re coming from the same place.
Is this normal? Could one of them be showing the value before charges and the other after? Has anyone figured out which one to actually trust?
Would love to hear if you’ve dealt with this before!
