NTPC Green Shareholder Quota

Although I have been holding a single share of the NTPC, I haven’t received any email invitation to participate in the shareholder quota of the NTPC Green. I received shareholder quota invitation during the Bajaj Housing Finance IPO.

All of my family members have the same issue. Is it just we, or none has received the email invitation this time. Are we eligible to apply as a shareholder?

Yes. You’ll be eligible to apply in the shareholder category.

The company and its IPO lead managers probably didn’t find it necessary to give an invite to its existing shareholders.

5. Is there any eligibility criteria for the shareholder category in NTPC Green Energy IPO?

Investors holding at least one NTPC share on the date of the RHP filing i.e., 12th November are eligible to apply in the Shareholder category. There is a limit of ₹ 2 lakh for applying in this category.
