How to do off-market transaction. I have a Kotak Bank demat account where I hold some securities. I want to transfer them to my Zerodha secondary account. What is the process.

  1. I have the off-market transaction slip of Kotak Bank demat account. After filling it do I need to submit to Kotak Bank demat section or to Zerodha for processing
  2. What other documents other than the off-market transaction slip are required

you’ll need to submit DIS slip at Kotak to transfer the securities.

Along with the DIS, attach a copy of your Zerodha CMR, which has your Zerodha demat details. We’ve detailed it here.
