OFS of Ingersoll randd at 12% discount for retail

(1) As a regulatory compliance of open offer promoters bought 17 lakh 41 798 shares at 642.63 per share on 17 July 2020 . thus promoters holding increased to 79.5166% . now this OFS so as to meet MPS norms

(2) 12% discount to cut off price look attractive if you get around 570 odd net ,means bid of 650 !

PLEASE NOTE :
(3) OFS is always on price priority basis means higher the bid price higher are the chances of allotment . Retail Investors will be allocated Offers Shares at a discount of 12% to the Cut off Price means the lowest price on which shares are allotted climbing down from the highest bid. so even if you bid at cut off price , there is no guarantee that there will be enough shares at this price for everyone to get allotted.
