I am currently trying to understanding different companies by reading their annual reports can you help me by telling what all should be read in an annual report and especially how much emphasis should be laid on Corporate Governance and what all components of it should be read

There are many ways corporates try to dish out only good information on the annual report and push the bad stuff to the fine foot prints.
