On which income Tax rebate is not allowed?

Are all the incomes like salary income, income from other sources, STCG, and LTCG eligible for tax debate?
I heart that except for LTCG, all the incomes fall under tax rebates.

Can someone please confirm?

Yes, rebate u/s 87A is available on all incomes except LTCG (covered u/s 112A).
