Me and my friend have decided to open an account in zerodha, with his credentials. As we will share the capital for trading.
Now one problem we live apart, and what to access the account on the same time to view positions. But normally it is not possible in zerodha as login expires when opened in another device.
Is it possible?
Or any other possibilities are there?

One mobile app and browser runs in parallel. One can use chrome book and another browser or mobile app
This facility was available since decades. Last month this feature dissolved in Indian Ocean. GREAT INDIA KNOW HOW TO DISSOLVE THE FACILITIES
As per exchange guidelines, you can simultaneously maintain only one login session, one on Kite web and other on Kite app. If you log in to a second device (either for Kite web or mobile) when there is an existing session, your previously active login will be cleared and you will be logged out.
What you can do is, login to Kite web from one device and from Kite app on the other.
If i open a joint demat account, will this worked out?
No, even if you have a joint demat account. The login process is same.
