Is there a website where I can analysis the open interest in F&O such as Long Buildup, Short Buildup, Long Unwinding and Short Unwinding .

Do check this out, @vikhroli - Along with Long/Short build up, Long unwinding and short covering, There are lot of other interesting filtering options in the Sensibull Screener.

Also there are stock brokers who give this info free.
