Option chain segments of bse shares are not visible in the holding

I have noticed that after adding stocks bought in BSE to my holdings on Zerodha kite app, their option-chain segment is not visible in holdings (for this I have to add the same stock to watchlist), but the option-chain segment of NSE stocks is visible in holdings. Why is that so?

Hi @Investo_Mania

Currently, the Option chain is available for stocks that are on the NSE as we don’t yet allow BSE stock F&O (primarily due to negligible volumes).

I’m unable to find the option strike prices for BSE stocks when I search. CMP for BSE is ~2800.

Why is it ‘BS’ not BSE. Causing a lots of confusion.
