Nifty AUG 10300 PE has current LTP of 11.5 and I am placing a NRML Limit Squareoff order at 10 and the order is getting rejected saying - “RMS Rule: Circuit limit including…”
Now is’nt this absolutely absurd, Why can’t I place a Limit order at premium of Rs.10 when it’s currently quoting at Rs.11.5 ?? @siva-reddy @nithin
For that contract lower circuit is 10.85 and upper circuit 17.05, these limits are set from exchange, we have nothing to do. Once the limits are reached, exchange will extend them, for now you can try placing between mentioned limits.
NSE won’t provide those for options, soon we will start showing limits on kite itself.
Btw this is from my admin terminal. Like Siva says, we will show it soon on Kite.
