@nithin you guys are literally taking traders for granted. for stock options ur prices refresh after long gaps. on raising that issue on this forum i was told that its happening from exchange itself. the refresh rate is very slow for stock options fron NSE itself.
But no thats not the case. i checked the prices on Indmoney and its updating live, not just last trded prices but entire L1/L2 prices with qty.
now what should i say. you dont want your existing customers also. we are happy to move away to indmoney/groww.
on top of everything - you guys are not listening hard enough to customer concerns.
seems like they have purposely reduced frequence of stock option feed so as to reduce burden on their network.
well even with 4000-5000cr profit every yr if u cant upgrade ur network to flash while others can what do i even say.
you are simply waiting for your customers to just try and see how other services are better and migrate there.
its the same thing u did with legacy brokers. once customers saw what u were offering compared to icicidirect ppl just moved here enmasse here. now ur simply waiting for ur customers to do the same.
