Option strangle always opens in negative

Hi I have noticed that whenever I place a strangle of sell option and buy option it always opens in some negative amount. What can be done to avoid that.

If you sell and buy options it’s a vertical spread.

Say sell 1500ce and buy 15500ce. It opens with negative amount in portfolio, maybe cause of slippages costs

this will happen due to slippages… can avoid this by placing limit order but there might be delay in execution if quantity is big and liquidity is low.
