For security in ban period

  1. ban period applies to options also? Or only to futures?
  2. when holding options in a banned security, what’s the best strategy going forward? How can I make a profit in the holding?

You can only unwind the position, no fresh positions are allowed in the expiry series. However, if you are convinced on your position, you can initiate the same position in the next month series.

Call options
Especially 95 CE

My question is

  1. during unwinding the position, what’s a good strategy?
  2. what’s the best course of action in such a scenario?(disclaimer - I’m. Responsible for my actions, but just want for good advise)
