Options buy OTM expiry

If I have a Call buy or a PUT buy position which I do not exercise. How much money do I lose?

e.g. At the end of the expiry,
Stock price = 200
Call Buy strike price = 210
Premium = 20
Lot size = 1000
No of Lot = 1

Do I lose 1000*20 = 20000 if I lapse my call OTM position?

When Option expires OTM it expires worthless, as a buyer your loss will be Premium Paid * Lot Size (plus brokerage and other charges).
