The Resolution was approved by NCLT, Chennai vide order dated June 27, 2019… Said order was challenge before NCLAT New Delhi and NCLAT, vide its order dated November 13, 2019 has set aside the Order passed by the NCLT Chennai … Subsequently, NCLAT order was challenge before SC and SC, vide its order dated February 28, 2020 has set aside NCLAT Order and upheld the order of NCLT Chennai bench.

Can you share idea at what rate the propotiante share will be settled for , For Example any one holding shre less than 217 , how they have been settled or what amount is being paid to them ?

One way to get alerted when a company is getting re-listed is by subscribing to the Listing department circulars on the NSE website (these circulars contain the word Recommencement in them) -
