I am trading in Zerodha from 2018 end. And paying taxes from 2017. PAN & Aadhar already linked(if not, it will not allow to pay taxes). Zerodha showed PAN and Aadhar not linked on October 2023, but was able to trade F&O. Zerodha blocked the account on 6th April 2024, saying PAN and aadhar is not linked.
I have raised a ticket on December, attached all the valid proofs, also got a written confirmation from Income Tax Department, saying my PAN is active and Operative. But zerodha says if have to call NSDL. I did called NSDL, they told all documents are updated. Does any one know how to resolve this issue. Thank you.
