Is it possible to move idle funds in Zerodha(Or any other broker) to any overnight funds so that it is available for trading on the very next day? Do not want to park it in Liquid funds though

If we buy Liquid case today, and if I need money to buy some shares tomorrow, it can be availed on instant selling on Zerodha?
