I am planning to open a partnership firm with my friends and family to trade. We want to open account with Zerodha. The process is offline, i need to fill and mail some documents.
My question is
What happens to the demat account, If one partner wants to exit or enter the firm or charge the partnership ratio. Do I need to fill some more documents and send to Zerodha everytime there is some change in the partnership agreement? Or the Zerodha demat account wont be affected by the changes?
I want to trade with money of my friends and family members and take a part of the profit.
