@nithin if both partners have their individual demat and trading account with zerodha. and same people start a new partnership for only for trading and for that they open a partnership DEMAT and TRADING account with zerodha in this case they are able to open partnership account with zerodha ? in this case a new demat account will be opened on the name of partnership or it will be linked with any partner’s demat account.
If you create a new partner firm - a new PAN number will be allotted -
you will have to open new Trading and demat account - it won’t be linked to any of the individual accounts.
