How physical shares were issued in olden days.
1.Did one one have open trading account to buy shares ? or someone else can buy it for you?
2.Did they accept cash or only cheque?
Through Share Certificates.
Brokers can buy it for you through their trading account.
There is a circle of brokers in every city so i think both means are acceptable.
