Whenever I try to run Pi on my Windows 10 laptop it keeps crashing (Screenshot attached). I had written to support, they asked me to
1. -Install the following patch :https://docs.google.com/uc?export=download&id=0Bwm6lMsaHtXgWmpmdWNfdE1GVnc
2. After that install .NET 4 full. : https://docs.google.com/uc?export=download&id=0Bwm6lMsaHtXgRHVRVnI0SnM2NGM
3. Install PI
The problem is that I can't proceed with step 2. When I try to install .NET framework I get a message from Windows that "it is already a part of the OS".
Please help, this is driving me nuts.
