I have got a small pine script code, which according to me gives 95% guaranteed breakout levels. Is there a way someone can code a scanner out of it for Pi, so that I can figure out the stocks as and when they cross that level

pi doesn’t support pine script, you can check tradescript documentation here and verify if your conditions of pine script are available in tradescript or not
Alternatively, you can try advanced scanners of streak for which coding skills are not required
login to streak.zerodha.com and check those conditions by creating a scanner.
