Please help me create strategy from this video

Hi I had tried to come up with conditions for this strategy as follows:

Strategy:

  1. Check if the market has opened gap-up/down by 0.35% of total index size
  2. If so, mark the high and low for first 30 minutes
  3. Whenever we get a green 15 minute candle closing above the high, we enter long position with low being the stoploss.
  4. Whenever we get a red 15 minute candle closing below the high, we enter short position with high being the stoploss.

Maybe you should be able to explain the strategy in 4 to 5 lines, not many will see entire video of 15 mins.
