Pledged liquidbees vs marging requirement

Can I use pledged liquidbees as margin on the last week of expiry for itm/atm positions?

You can use it on any day of the week. Liquidbees is considered cash equivalent, so the mandatory 50% cash and 50% collateral rule doesn’t apply.
