Yes, you’re able to pledge the money market MFs. You can check this list to confirm if your MF is included and to find out the potential haircut and pledge.

This is not possible @Shiv_Katira. Also, as per SEBI regulations, only UPI and Netbanking ASBA can be used for applying for IPOs.
