I have a hedged position (max loss upto 500 only) in USDINR…Will this new margin requirement affect my position in any way ? Do I have to bring in additional margin post may pls help ?

From 1st June, for intraday F&O positions, minimum margin blocked will be 75% of SPAN + Exposure margin.
This has no effect on overnight positions, for those the margin requirement will remain the same and for hedged positions, you’ll continue to get margin benefit as well.
