That high volume is noticeable whenever a stock drops this much. Check Paytm, HDFC, Kotak
Plus it was unconfirmed that it was POLYCAB. MF houses could have picked it up too.
Plus operators target smaller stocks, not ones with such a huge market cap. Notice has come on official government website without name of company, everyone just assumed POLYCAB
