The ticket reference number is 219496. I am posting this to see if its an exchange problem or a Zerodha Coin fix for a resolution. I had recently transferred in my SIF holdings from Quant and is not reflecting in Coin. When trying to start an SIP, i get an error that no initial amount. On raising a support ticket i am told i have to make an initial investment before an SIP to begin and that initial investment i am being asked to make is 10L despite my current holding value above 11 lakhs. The ideal resolution would be start with a lower initial amount as the fund minimum holdings are above 10 lakhs and once that transaction goes through then the SIP should be allowed to continue. Wondering if this is an exchange related problem or Zerodha Coin linked problem as the support team is callous in asking me make an investment of 10 lakhs again.
