Portfolio Manager Moneycontrol vx EXCEL - XIRR values

Dear All,

Even after using the same Values (Date and Amount) in Moneycontrol Portfolio and EXCEL the results are drastically different? Has anyone tried.
Is moneycontrol calculation wrong? Am i missing any parameter!!
