Positional Trading means holding your position for longer period of time.

When you square-off your position on the same day, it is called as Intraday trade.

Similarly when you carry your position overnight with intention to hold for few days, weeks or months and so on, this is known as positional trade.

Thanks. So is it possible only with Futures ? Or is it possible with options as well. Can you give an example?
