Processed Vide physical warrant

In mutual fund axis long term… after redeem, amount doesn’t credited to my bank account…due to account freeze.( For non usage and negative balance)
Then a message to my registered mobile number that
Dear investor, your redemption dated 06/05/2021 under folio no xxxxxxxxx09 in axis long term equity fund - regular growth for RS xxxxx has been processed vide physical warrant no xxxxxxx . consignment details will be communicated to you, once the warrant dispatched.

Please help…I am new in mutual fund…

Now I want the amount in my other bank account…is it possible???

Per my understanding, you should be able to update new bank account mandate to MF company or Registrar or through the Demat holding company if MF is in demat format
