Prop desk trading and personal trading

Hello,

I am registering myself as a trader with a prop desk. I would be giving details of my pan card and nism certificate. Can I trade in my personal zerodha account inspite of my association with a prop desk ? Is there any legality or restriction imposed by sebi here ? @nithin

As far as I know, nothing from SEBI unless you work at an AMC/AIF/PMS. Your new company might have restrictions though, do check with them.

Yeah, a law firm. But speaking to your company would be the best option for you.
