Guys I want to know isn’t it better to sell ITM puts as the premium is more on ITM puts
Yes it is better but what if the market moves bearishly ,friend that ATM will cause you unlimited loss
What mr. @Prateek_G is asking that in writing options ; ITM strike has more premium than the OTM strikes then

This query is little amateurish, if you are new to option trading I suggest you to read varsity options module here. Coming to your query it depends on what view one is having/market situation/ how much time left to expiry, what strategy one is employing and few other factors, out rightly we can’t say always ITM put selling is good.
