Quantity freeze limits for index derivatives effective January 1, 2026

NSE has kept the quantity freeze limits for index futures and options unchanged, with the existing limits continuing from today, January 1, 2026.

The circular continues the existing limits without any change, as per the previous applicable quantity freeze limits.

Kite is showing freeze qty as 1690!!

@tradersatz Thanks for reporting this. The freeze quantity shown is being corrected and will be updated shortly.

This is fixed now.

Now it’s showing as 1755 (27 lots),

freeze quantity size is 1800, and total quantity to be less than 1800, makes sense, thanks
