I placed a few trades on Friday through the Kite mobile app, sold some holdings, made a few intraday trades and re purchased a portion of my holdings. Also took a long screenshot of my orders page however that was on the next day (midnight post 1230 AM). To my surprise, there was a missing transaction in the orders tab when I compared it to my tradebook from NSE and Zerodha portal. What source can I place my trust on? I don’t exactly remember placing that particular trade as I frequently purchased/ sold the scrip. Can someone please help?
Check the contract notes (received daily email?) for the day.
thank you for your response. contract notes from NSE match the data from Zerodha’s tradebook but why that particular entry doesn’t appear in the orders tab? Zerodha response team replied that it may be due to the time of screenshot (post 12AM- during which the app undergoes maintenance)

There have been such instances folks have reported for various brokers from time to time.
