Query regarding HNI Bid

Hello,
I have few queries regarding HNI IPO bid:

1. Can I apply as HNI with Zerodha Kite or I can apply as an HNI with ASBA only?
2. Is there any lock-in period if I apply as an HNI?

You can place IPO application up to 5 lakhs using UPI, if the application is over 2 lakhs, it’ll be automatically be considered in HNI category. If you want to place application for more than 5 lakhs, then you will have to use Netbanking ASBA. More here: Can an IPO be applied for in the HNI category?
