Quicko asking about balance sheet information

Here its asking balance sheet information for filing tax. what should i enter there? Its asking for assets and liabilities.

Hey @VINNI_VINODH,

When you report business income, filling out the balance sheet is mandatory. You can add assets and liabilities related to your trading business. If there are no major details, you’ll be able to proceed by providing your closing bank balance under assets.

I have pledged my entire MF portfolio on zerodha and doing trading from mragin. This portfolio will be part of the balancesheet or need to mention only bank balance? do i need to mention house property and home loan also?

Hey @Raju_Vala,

You can disclose the amount under ‘other current assets’.

No, you are not required to disclose personal assets/liabilities like house properties and loans.
