Crazy buying this. interest rates are increasing. rents too are increasing and what to say about the rising prices of real estate.
Looking at rents, I reckon people are just going crazy with buying thinking i might have to cough in 15-20k more but atleast I have an asset with me or there is a possibility of inventory clearance by lot of these companies due to the year end sales.
While this is the case in India, Things aren’t that well in US in both commercial or even residential RE for that matter
If there is a reversal in US RE, that would be the time when we get to the true bubble in India a.nd from there, time correction
