Real time scan on volume

I need a real time scan and message pop (pi or NEST) whenever the volume crosses 10 average. I need it for 13-15 stocks. If required, I can give 10 days volumes straight. I tried it in NEST>Tools>Set Alert. But seems, everyday I have to keep giving the list. In Pi, I don’t see the option for real time.

Please advise.
