The 25k price I got was after much haggling, citing competitors and even pirated sources. But your quote is too high for 1 min tf data - wonder if their prices/policies changed recently.

Hi there. I’ve written some code to fetch historical options data using a broker api for free. Smallest granularity is in seconds. This data is provided by icici, hence it is very reliable.
