Recovery or Fall from low / high

How can i scan in Zerodha Pi that last 15 min candle closed above some pre defined % above day low made by that time ? Say 1.7 % recovery from day low … So i should get alert / scan that last 15 min candle is closed above 101.7 if intraday low is 100.

How same logic can be applied for fall from high
