Redflag: Tradingview Wants PAN for Subscriptions - But don't Provide their Contact Details

Recently Tradingview has started asking PAN for Subscriptions from Indian Users for who want to take up Subscriptions (Fresh/Renewing subscription).

But when it it comes to Letting know their Contact Details such as Email, Indian Address and Phone Number - they don’t provide it.

So, Questions that why does Tradingview

  • that’s not a even a broker wants PAN,
  • but don’t even provide contact details for paying users

I have a Tradingview Subscription.
They haven’t asked for my PAN.

They have not requested my PAN information.

Try to buy fresh Subsctiption,there PAN is mandatory…

To verify this point, I attempted an upgrade. The system is only asking for the credit card number, expiry date, CVV, and cardholder’s name.

For Premium renewal, it asks…

Currently, I have a non-professional premium membership. I attempted to upgrade to the professional expert level.

I too have it, i tried adding adding Additional days… It asked PAN…

Any Seller of Product/Service -

  • must let know his Contact Details such as Name, Address , Phone number & Email to Buyer
  • in case, the Buyer of Product/Service - wants to seek Legal remedies for Deficiency in the product/service.

Tradingview must have/should let know it’s contact details to it’s paying users!
