Refund for cancelled order in Coin app

I wanted to invest in new Jio-Black rock MF, what happened was I paid once through UPI, Then I invested my funds in liquid funds then I noticed that The Coin app was showing Payment pending, so I paid again
Later I noticed 2 orders were processing so I cancelled one order

Payment for MF Went two times and since I cancelled order, processing stopped and It said “ORDER CANCELLED BY USER”

The thing is I havent still received the refund or anything, It has been quite few days and What I am fearing This happened quite few times before and I fear I lost my money on cancelling previous orders too…Need help guys

Depending on the mode of payment (UPI/NetBanking/NEFT/RTGS), the refund will be processed within T+4 or T+5 days.

If you need further clarification, you can raise a ticket with Zerodha support, and they will help you.

Raise a Support ticket.

Order will be shown as pending since it takes 1-2 business days to deposit in the demat account. I don’t think your order got cancelled and it cannot be canceled after the payment (not sure abt zerodha coin though). Check the transaction date on coin, you must have invested twice every time you cancelled it.

Did you get the refund?
Mine is same…I have sip …it’s emandate…auto debit from account.

The order was processing but money didn’t deduct…so I cancelled the order…mrng i checked money deducted…order is in cancelled state as I cancelled yesterday…when will ge the refund… zerodha people told it will take 7 working days

They said they will reply in 24 hrs so I am waiting.

refund comes within 7 working days. happened to me 2 times. came within the next 7 days.

I did get refund for order I cancelled this time, they sent yesterday evening…But i still need to check past cancellation…They just paid for this cancellation.I need to raise ticket again cause Like i said COIN APP IS NOT ALLOWING TO CHECK ORDERS ABOVE 30DAYS Time period.

Coin has a lot of drawbacks. Not sure why you use it :slight_smile:
Apps like Kuvera, Groww are far better with SOA mode.

Don’t worry too much, bro. Most likely, you’ll get the refund within 5–7 working days. Something similar happened to me too, so just chill.

Actually amount is one 80k …I got bonus and planned to park for longterm…this happened and still haven’t received… that’s why I’m tensed…next Tuesday is 7 working days … waiting…thanks bro

I didnt get Refund for jio black rock until I raised support and had to provide all proofs such as Bank statement(After 4 days of raising ticket support I got refund)…They are not refunding automatically, Thats so messed up, I think I lost a lot of money during previous cancellations…I am raising support again…

Facing the same issue.
Did you guys were able to get details for older cancelled orders refund status.
Does this refund is processed automatically and if not then what happens if someone have not raised the ticket.
