Recently i bought the Nippon India Nifty Pharma ETF but there was some refund amount during the final units allocation
Even after 2 weeks of time, refund didnt got credited back so i raised support ticket with Nippon AMC, they say they have refunded the amount to the BSE POOL A.C.
Can someone guide how to proceed
Got below reply from Nippon AMC
However, as the initial purchase transaction has been initiated through BS88-BOMBAY STOCK EXCHANGE, hence the amount of Rs. xx has been refunded to your pool account (Bombay Stock Exchange)
Hence, we request you to once co-ordinate with your Distributor / Trading partner for more clarification.

I had a similar issue with Bharat bond ETF some time back. After chasing Edelweiss, i was told to contact DP. I raised a ticket with Zerodha and got the amount refunded after few days.
I assume this is similar case. So raise a ticket with zerodha (or whoever is your broker) and that should resolve it.
Got this resolved. Thanks to Zerodha Support Team
I didn’t realize the amount would be credited to demat account rather than bank account
