Reg Short Sale with multiple buys intraday

I have initially bought 50 shares of KSCL today @ 435.9 and

sold 65 shares @ 436. ( I abruptly short sold 15 shares which got executed and among 65 shares sold 50 didn’t execute)

Later I again bought 50 shares @ 432.8.

Will these transactions account to defaulter of selling shares?

Will there be any loss? If yes how much is it?
