Regarding new Nifty strikes

@Siva, NSE introduced new strikes (below 22700) for Nifty today. On Zerodha, there are 2 issues with it:

  1. Unable to add these new strikes on the Basket. This is across all browsers as well as on desktop & mobile. The error being shown is: Invalid tradingsymbol or exchange.

  2. Also, I am unable to add strikes on Microsoft Edge, but it can be added on Chrome & Firefox, and via the app as well.

The second isn’t a big issue, but please sort out the first one ASAP.

Try adding to marketwatch and then click on 3 dots and then select add to basket option.

  1. Not able to add the new strikes on web browser while it is possible on Kite app.
  2. After adding in Kite app, if I refresh on web browser, the instrument is shown but if I click on the more details (horizontal lines after sell button), no details are visible.

Can do hard refresh( ctrl+shift+r) on browser and try.

Only issue with this is that, at a time, only one basket order can be created.

Kindly do a hard refresh, new strikes should be visible.

Yup, available now. Had done this previously too, but they weren’t there then…

@Siva @Ragavendran_M, couple of strikes below 20200 not present on Kite. Did a hard refresh too.

Also, there should be some system where the newly introduced strikes get available on the same day itself without needing to remind about it.
