Regarding Selling on Kite

I have a demat account with CDSL in which I am holding some scripts other than one with Zerodha.
My query is can I transfer these scripts from my other account to my Demat account with Zerodha. Both are with CDSL.

If yea, what will be the charges?

2ndly if I transfer these scripts to my Zerodha demat account, will these be shown in my holdings in Zerodha Kite, so that I can sell these without any other formalities.

Once the process of transfer is complete you can see them in your Holdings on Kite and will also be able to sell without need for any other formalities.
